Mountain Top is the market leader in retractable tonneau covers and other accessories for pickup trucks marketed through B2B and B2C channels globally. The company is targeting high growth through further expansion into new markets as well as additional sales in its existing markets. To support our high ambitions we are looking for a Global Marketing Manager with the ability and desire to run a strong marketing function for Mountain Top Group.

Over the past years, Mountain Top has opened up sales offices and production sites in a number of high-potential markets. A key responsibility of Global Marketing will be to integrate and co-ordinate the new sites to achieve cross-market synergies for our marketing activities and ensure that our global branding strategy is adopted and adhered to across the organization.


The scope of the position is broad and includes, but is not limited to, following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop, and oversee the execution of, the global marketing strategy
  • Manage our in-house graphic design team for the production of marketing content as well as product manuals and other product related material
  • Brand strategy governance
  • Support of product launches, sales campaigns, and newsletters
  • Multi-channel content creation
  • Website and social media updates and maintenance

 

To succeed in this role, you will need to feel at home in a global setting and be able to effectively manage a variety of stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds. Our global marketing function is young and in the making. The Global Marketing Manager role will be critical for defining the processes that will tie together our marketing assets and make them work as one team. Having been part of such a journey before, and/or being able to handle ambiguity and deal with challenges as they occur, is therefore another key attribute of the right candidate. The successful candidate must be able to set a vision for the function of global marketing at Mountain Top and have the resolve and resilience to achieve it. Being a strong communicator and mastering English at a high level is a must. The role will be a part of the Mountain Top Business Development Team and you will report to the Business Development Manager.
